    Merhaba Yiğit,

    Temadan kaynaklanan bir loader scripti yüzünden sipariş ekranından kredi kartı ödemesi seçtiğimde ekran yükleniyor şeklinde kalıyor.
    Müşteri olarak satın almak istediğimde Kredi kartı bilgilerini girme ekranına ulaşamıyorum.
    Bunun çözümünü nasıl bulabiliriz?
    Aşağıda bu hata ile ilgili Sanal pos firmasının verdiği açıklama bulunmaktadır.

    Ödeme arayüzündeki probleminiz ile ilgili olarak ise https://prnt.sc/w954rd adresinde yer alan ekran görüntüsünde belirtmiş olduğum alanı kaldırdığınızda arayüze erişim sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Bu alan temanızdan kaynaklanan bir loader scripti. Tema sağlayıcınızdan destek alarak bu alanı kaldırabilirsiniz.

    Kaldırıldığında ise WSDL hatası almaktasınız bu konuda ise;

    Server sağlayıcınızdan SOAP WSDL fonksiyonunun serverınızda aktif olup olmadığını öğrenerek pasif ise aktif hale getirilmesini talep edebilir misiniz?

    Tahminimce bu son alışveriş sepeti için yaptığımız css kodu yüzünden olmuş olabilir. Ondan öncesinde çalışıyordu.
    Bu konuda bana yardımcı olabilirsen çok sevinirim :)

    Hello,

    When I select a credit card payment from the order screen due to a loader script, the payment from the theme remains on the screen.
    When I want to purchase as a customer, I cannot access the credit card information entry screen.
    How can we find a solution to this?
    Regarding this error, the response of the Virtual POS company is as follows.

    Regarding your problem in the payment interface, you can access the interface to transmit it on the screen at https://prnt.sc/w954rd. This area is an installer script from your theme. You can remove this area with the support of your theme provider.

    When it is removed, you get the WSDL error.

    Can your server provider learn that SOAP WSDL function is not active on its server and request it to be activated if it is passive?

    I guess this could be because of the css code we made for the last shopping cart.It was working before CSS code.
    I would appreciate it if somebody could help me on this matter :)

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, the middle section of your post above looks like a response from your plugin author, first it asks to disable the pre-loading script, which you can do at Enfold Theme Options > Theme Options > Page Preloading, then doing this it says you will then see the “SOAP WSDL” error.
    Then it says you should ask your “server provider” to enable this function.
    So at this point they are asking you to contact your web hosting to enable “SOAP WSDL” on your server, please try contacting your webhost to do this.
    I’m not sure how your Virtual POS plugin is using SOAP WSDL, but hopefully following their advice will help you.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    I contact with my web hosting team they will look SOAP WSDL error message but why pre-loading is not working on check-out page ? This is about theame options right ? Can we open pre-loading again ?

    Hi,
    Very good, as I understand the above, the preloader was not the suspected cause, it was just hiding the SOAP error, so once that is sorted out, it sounds like you will be able to enable the pre-loading again.

    Hi Mike ,

    I contact with my web hosting server provider they checked and they said everyting is looking normal.
    and they shared with me that link https://www.tarimyedekparcam.com.tr/info.php (website server information)
    are we sure that problem is not about theme ? or Can you look my php versiyon Is it compatible with the theme?

    Because I have an other domain http://www.tarimyedekparcam.com it is working thier.but its not working here http://www.tarimyedekparcam.com.tr
    I think we was add css code for logo and shipping icon can you contact with yiğit from your team.

    Hi,
    So your plugin support says there is a “SOAP WSDL error” but your hosting support says there is not one?
    Which plugin are you using for your Virtual POS?
    I tried to test your checkout on http://www.tarimyedekparcam.com.tr to see the error but I did not see any credit card entry field and the only errors I found were “mixed content” for fonts & a logo.
