Hi,
When scrolling down the entire website, the transparent header is not behaving as it should, i.e it’s not getting a smaller + milky background when scrolling down by staying transparent and on top of other stuff, making it quite messy.
No intentional updates besides regular WordPress updates.December 24, 2020 at 8:40 pm #1269789Hey mooshonov,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Can you disable caching and minification for now?
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 4, 2021 at 1:30 pm #1285384Sure! here you go.
March 4, 2021 at 1:30 pm #1285385Also, I have a global margin under the main header all over the website. Can you please refer to that issue as well?
Thank you.March 4, 2021 at 1:48 pm #1285393This reply has been marked as private.March 4, 2021 at 5:23 pm #1285446Shalom!
Thanks for contacting us!
I checked your website and header works as expected on my end. I attached a short screencast in private content field.
If you are still having the issues, could you please flush browser cache and check if that helps?
Best regards,
YigitMarch 5, 2021 at 11:02 pm #1285943Awesome!
I think there shouldn’t be a gap between the logo and the frame. It’s symmetrical.
Can you please let me know if it’s something that has to do with some custom former HTML that messing up this area?March 5, 2021 at 11:04 pm #1285944The main website is working as it should however check this link which has a gap under the header and the first content area.
March 7, 2021 at 7:41 am #1286152Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked the new link you posted, but it looks fine on my end. Do you want to remove the grey area above the sorting options maybe? If not, then please try to clarify, or post a screenshot or what you would like to remove or alter.
Best regards,

March 8, 2021 at 7:41 am #1286327Hi,
Thanks for the update. First off, please update to the latest version of the theme (4.8.1). If the problem doesn’t go away after that, then please open an element on the page in question and save. Also make sure that you clear all caches, and select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance.
Best regards,
RikardMarch 9, 2021 at 5:58 pm #1286811Hi Rikard,
Thank you. I’ve updated to 4.8 and it’s still there after deleting the old cache from the performance, also browsing as a guest with no plugins, no cache.
I didn’t quite get you on “open an element on the page in question and save”. Can you please elaborate?
Again, thanks.March 9, 2021 at 6:04 pm #1286814Hey,
Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1.
Then edit your page and edit one of the column elements, save and then update the page.
That should do it :)Cheers!
YigitMarch 9, 2021 at 6:51 pm #1286846Sorry, but I cannot see 4.8.1 anywhere. Don’t want to manually change the files via ftp. When will 4.8.1 available on the server?
March 9, 2021 at 7:05 pm #1286855Hey,
It should take up to 12 hours however I went ahead and updated the theme to 4.8.1 and edited your homepage and updated. However I am unable to edit your page in private content field. I searched it in pages but could not find it there either.
Could you please simply edit that page, open one of the column elements, save the elements and then update the page?
Cheers!
YigitMarch 9, 2021 at 7:26 pm #1286863Oh! thank you so much!
I actually did a column update but it hasn’t been solved, a gap is appearing between some elements.- This reply was modified 3 years, 9 months ago by mooshonov.
March 9, 2021 at 7:30 pm #1286867Hi,
You are welcome!
Those gaps should be removed after updating the page. Could you please share edit link of that page so I can try?
If that is not possible, please edit your page, hard refresh the page, open the column element, save, update the page and hard refresh once again on the frontend.
Since simply updating pages removed the gaps on your homepage,I am thinking this is cache related :)Best regards,
YigitMarch 9, 2021 at 7:41 pm #1286880Boom! All is working as it should. No gaps, looks amazing!
Thank you!March 9, 2021 at 7:53 pm #1286885 -
