    Hello,

    We are a Bulgarian hosting company Superhosting BG

    Today our clients complained that they could not install the theme: Enfold 2017 and other from Enfold Child Theme Options

    We made a reference and found that out of 5 on the server can not be made to kriesi.at ( https://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-4-3-performance-update )

    IP addresses are:

    185.45.66.25
    195.191.148.17
    185.45.66.26
    195.191.148.23
    164.138.218.12

    Please explain why they are blocked so we can take action.

    We would like to point out that these are shared hosting servers that have more than 1 site and may have more connections.

    We have a lot of clients who use themes on kriesi.at and can’t install them.

    Is there a development on our question?

    To date, we see that only 1 ip continues to be blocked – 185.45.66.25

    Please release him
    We have clients who want to install your themes but the blocking does not allow them.

    Were you able to check for restriction on your side for IP 185.45.66.25, from which we are still unable to contact https://kriesi.at and оur customers that have purchased your themes has a problem with installation.

    We will be happy if you provide us an additional information about the reason for restrictions, in case we need to correct something on our part.

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply!

    I contacted our hosting providers and kindly asked them to check if mentioned IP is blocked on our server. I will keep you updated here once I hear back from them.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the help.
    We currently do not have a blocked server.

    Note that if you have a filter set that monitors the maximum number of connections on shared hosting servers, it is possible that there are a larger number of connections.
