Hello,
I have never had this happen before in 25 years of designing sites. So, I am hosting with Flywheel on a very fast Cloud based server. Dedicated WP hosting, the whole enchilada. I install WP for a new client, purchase Enfold from TF. Upload it and begin working. All is well. I log in the next time and see TEXTUAL CONTENT has disappeared. It’s there but defaults to white on a white bg. I had Flywheel increase VARS and memory and everything, so it’s not on the hosting side.
So, I also noticed when I input the token, and it’s successful, I go back and I don’t see the token at all. It’s disappeared, or there and it’s white text.
HELP!!!

VictoriaIf you log in it starts to happen everywhere!! HIghlight the areass where there is no text, including footer widgets and you will see how all my content is disappearing. I have done NOTHING TO CAUSE THIS.

Sorry for the late reply!
Main Content font color was set to white in Enfold theme options > General Styling > Main Content tab. I simply set it to #888888.

How could that happen without me setting it? It’s very odd. Is there something missing on the site. Did you take a look?
I did not change the text color, and it would change in increments. Again, I really need someone to look into this. The more I work on it, the more it happens. Please help by looking at the issue in a deeper way. Thanks.Okay, you are NOT HELPING me. Please, read what I have written. Indeed, it is NOT FIXED. Look at the module that says: A TRUSTWORTHY PARTNER. Look at the FOOTER. Everything is completely missing.
I am seriously frustrated. About to call it a day and download AVADA. Your customer service is terrible.

Thanks for the update. I can’t see any problems with the trustworthy partner section, please see screenshot in private.
The settings for the footer are not taking when file compression is active under Enfold->Performance though, but I’m not sure exactly why unfortunately. I’ve turned file compression off for now, so your settings are applying. Could you keep building the site, then activate that options again if you need it once you are done with the site? If this problem should occur again after that, then we can have a closer look at it.
If it should occur again, then please include FTP login details in private as well.
