    Hello,

    I am getting the following message and I can’t seem to find help through the forum…

    We checked the token on 2020/12/15 17:31 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:

    Your purchases
    Your username: LaBruzziMediaCraft
    Your E-Mail: (Email address hidden if logged out)

    Thanks for contacting us!
    The credentials you gave did not work, please check.
    Also make sure that the token has the following permissions (for it to work properly):

    • View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    • View your Envato account username
    • View your email address
    • View your account profile details
    • Download your purchased items
    • Verify purchases of your item
    • List purchases you’ve made

    Thanks for providing us with admin access.
    Is this already resolved? I have checked your site and it’s already 4.7.6.4 and also the token seems to be working properly (screenshot in private content).

    No. I still see the error message. So I’m not sure how it’s updated but it says the token doesn’t work??? Can I send you a screenshot of what I see in my dashboard?
