Show single product / product parameter

Hi!

I want to create a customized shop page where I can sort my products individually and add extra text to each product.

therefore I would like to place one single product after the other – so that the product is displayed according to the “product-grid-look” (picture / title / price…)

I cannot find the possibility to place one single product – only product grid or product list.

Can you help me with this issue?

Also: is it possible to show more product details on the overview page? I would like to add one more parameter that I would like to be displayed at the overview page.
