Hi, I would like to kindly know how to improve the speed of the site. I had big speed issues on both frontend and backend. I have installed wprocket and from the frontend it seems to me quite improved, except in the cart and checkout pages where it has been very slow and this is a big problem. For example, when I update the shopping cart it takes more than 10 seconds. Another problem is the slowness of the site from the backend. it takes years to open a block of text and edit it or simply to move from section to section of the dashboard. How can I improve? Can you somehow help me? I had chosen enfold precisely because I was reading about his good performances.

I have checked on your site and I believe this is server/hosting issue and not a theme issue.
I have used Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which is a plugin that allows enabling and disabling of plugins and switching of themes for a single user only.
With that plugin, I switched to Twentytwenty theme which is a default WordPress Theme, and turned off all plugins and the result is the same, the site loads too slow and would take about a minute just to go to another page. Also, this happened when trying to access your site (screenshot in private content).
I would suggest asking assistance from the webhost, since the loading time is terrible.Best regards,
NikkoHi, thanks for the checks and for your understanding. I didn’t know about this plugin for verification, it’s interesting. So, at this point, we will change hosting for more performance. Can I contact you again if these problems continue even with the transition to a much more performing hosting?
I bought three licenses of your theme but the sites went online almost at the end of the support unfortunately.
