    Hello Enfold Team,

    I discovered that my mobile menu isn’t visible this morning. Just a white background with the search and close menu icons. Can you please suggest how I can troubleshoot this issue? I’ve included my website & admin details in the private content field. Thank you.

    Hi Victoria. Thanks for the quick reply. I disabled caching and minification from the WP Optimize plugin dashboard. I also purged the cache, then cleared cached images and files from Chrome. I visited the site again, but I’m still not seeing the mobile menu. This is a new problem, by the way. When I built the site a few months ago, the mobile menu worked fine. I’m using Enfold 4.7.6.3 right now. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

    Have exactly the same issue as above – mobile menu gone and white background only!
    Have tried all the obvious approaches and still no success.

    Hi promosapien,

    This problem was introduced with the WordPress 5.6 update, and we’re not sure what is causing it yet unfortunately. It should work if you roll back to 5.5.3 though.

    The login details you posted are not working, but if you are running WordPress 5.6, then the answer I gave to @promosapien applies in your case as well.

    Hello Rikard. I can confirm that the downgrade to WordPress 5.5.3 solved the issue. The mobile menu is appearing again. Thank you very much for the prompt reply and the help in resolving this issue.
