Hi
I have purchased the Enfold template to replace a template that made me lost my time and my money bu i still in the same situation. I have installed the template and imported the Enfold Minimal Photography.1. On the demo presentation in the BO, it’s marked that images will be avalaible, but when i import it, no one demo does display.
2. I renamed the some item portfolio and uploaded somes pictures. But on the front office, no one of my pictures does display. Then, only the name change is registred.
3. When i come back in the back office, i dont find the registred images. In the place, i have a loader does continiously turn.
4. When i click on the changed name on the fron office, i’m redirected on a empty page that content the initial title (i changed) with more text, that i dont find anywhere to replace it.-

Thanks for contacting us and sorry about the issues you are having!
I believe the issue is related to your server settings. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase Max input time to 60? Currently it seems to be set to -1.
If that does not help, please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look further into the issue :)
Regards,

Thanks for the feedback. I have updated the max_input_time to 60 but my problem was not resolved. I have reset wordpress to restart but when i try to import a demo, in the finish i have a error message that demo couldn’t be installed. I tried with another demo bu i have the same result.-

I am sorry for my late reply!
I re-installed the theme and now Enfold theme options work as expected. It does not give “Saving didnt work!
Please reload the page and try again” error anymore.Could I reset the database and try re-importing the demo to see if images will import correctly?
Best regards,
YigitDecember 15, 2020 at 10:37 am #1267419Hi Yigit and thak for reply
You can reset the data base. Everything i want, is that the website run correctcly asap. Please do what you judge necessary for that.Thx
December 15, 2020 at 12:57 pm #1267450Hi,
I tried uploading images manually however that does not work either.
I checked the server settings and some PHP extensions are currently disabled on your server.
Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable following PHP extensions:
mbstring
fileinfo
json
xmlreader
xmlwriterYou might be able to enable those extensions by yourself through cPanel.
After making the changes, could you please let us know so we can continue working on the issue? :)
Best regards,
Yigit-

December 15, 2020 at 10:21 pm #1267569Hi and thank you for the support.
I tried to enable the listed exentions, bu i found that they are all enabled. I think the problem is from another way.December 16, 2020 at 2:53 pm #1267836Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the FTP access and the admin login, I was able to import your demo by editing the import file and changing all of the links to the demo files from our server to yours. Yigit had uploaded all of the demo images earlier so when the new import file ran it imported from your server and not ours. Please clear your browser cache and check.
I have seen a few cases where the client web host mod-sec would though a false positive while importing, I’m not sure this is your issue, but it might be. Typically importing the demo is the only issue in these cases and building and editing the site later has no further issues.Best regards,
Mike -
