Urgent help with registration needed

Today I attempted to register at your website for the support forum but have encountered a problem.

I used my purchase code to register but accidentally entered the wrong e-mail address. Could you please let me know what could be done at this point? Because I can no longer register due to the fact that the code was already used up.

I cannot leave an inquiry on the forum as well because I need to be registered for that.
