submenu not allineated with the word in main menu

Good morning.
(Sorry for my english, I’m Italian).
I have a problem with the main menu. I create 2 megamenu in main menu (FOTO and TIPS).
When I want to have a submenu with link to other pages , the submenu isn’t allineated with the relatives word in the main menu.
My blog is http://www.iltemadilara.it (it’s still empty).
How you can see in the blog or in the two photos below, when I go with the mouse on the word “FOTO” the submenu isn’t allineated with the word FOTO but it’s allineated with the word “TIPS”. When I go with the mouse on the word “TIPS” the submenu below is correctly allineated.
This problem exists when using different computers or browsers.
I showed the problem to a programmer, and he said it’s a theme problem, not how I created the menu.
How can I solve the problem?
Can I link my website? I link only in a private content for moderators.
