Migrate site to another URL destroys styling

A client from our company has three environments (test, staging, live) with different URLs and wants to migrate the database from test to staging and after that to live.
They can’t import the wp_options table because otherwise the website will not work. The problem is that the enfold theme has an entry in this table which will not be migrated to the new environment and then the styling is missing. So they need to import after each migration the styling manually in the backend.
Is there a way how that can be fixed? Thanks :)
