Can't load plugin to my wordpress site

I have tried every suggestion in your help and forums to get this upload to work. I am unable to do it regardless of whether I use the ‘uploadable WordPress .zip file or I isolate the them from the complete package, I get this error:

Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
Return to Plugin Installer

This should literally be a 20 second job. I’ve spent hours on it. Please provide some direction by next Wednesday or I will chargeback your account for the amounts paid for this frustrating experience.

And if you reply back with the position that you don’t support installs while charging $50 for it, then I’ll charge you back immediately. Enfold came highly recommended. I am so disappointed.
