Hi, I insert a youtube video with Avia editor and I enable “Check if you want to loop the video and play it from the beginning again” to do the loop but it doesn´t run. If I insert as a Easy Slider it do the loop but in movil version it doen´t run. Any solution?
November 30, 2020 at 4:28 am #1263863Hey analidia2,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The video plays automatically on initial load and plays repeatedly without issue on our end. Which browser are you using on mobile device? It is possible that autoplay is disabled on the mobile browser.

IsmaelNovember 30, 2020 at 3:51 pm #1264003Hi Ismael, in all browser the problem persits. I do this:
– for laptop I use “easy slider” and run ok
– for mobile I use a normal video but it doesn´t run okIf I insert a normal video for a laptop the problem persist in all places and in all browsers.
Thanks
December 1, 2020 at 2:36 pm #1264240I send you other case where the loop activation doesn´t run.
Thanks!December 3, 2020 at 6:14 am #1264674Hi,
The video in that page is not playing automatically because audio is enabled. You have to mute the video first in order to make it play automatically on page load. Some devices do not support video autoplay by default, so you might have to ask your users to manually play the file when necessary.

IsmaelDecember 8, 2020 at 12:50 pm #1265738Hi, Ismael, I do but it doesn´t run. I attach a url where you can see the problem. With easy slider the LOOP run but with the normal video not. In the first post I sent you the credentials to see. Please enter and tell me what I´m doing wrong.
Thank you so much.December 10, 2020 at 6:58 am #1266191Hi,
Thank you for the update.
That is odd. Does it work correctly when you remove the slider and leave the video element? If it is still not working, please use the easy slider temporarily.

December 29, 2020 at 2:45 pm #1269963Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, are you trying to have the video autoplay & loop on mobile? I ask because getting the video to autoplay for mobile may not be possible for all devices, due to browser limitations, but the loop should work.
I also notice that your video link is in this formathttps://youtu.be/Kohi7wu-P74
please try this format insteadhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kohi7wu-P74

MikeJanuary 5, 2021 at 12:17 am #1270261Hi, I asked this question in another similar topic, but Ismail closed the topic and told me to start a new thread… but I see no way to start a new thread! So please help me, as I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for an answer. I would like my MP4 to end and stop on the last frame, but it jumps back to the beginning and stops on the first frame. I’m using a mac, tested on Safari, Firefox and Chrome – it appears on all of them. If you cannot address this question here, please point me to where I can start a new topic!

January 6, 2021 at 1:50 pm #1270608Hi,
@ellephillips: Please continue in the following thread and please refrain from opening up other threads.// https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mp4-video-loop-stopping-at-first-frame-instead-of-last-frame/
@analidia2: Did you try Mike’s suggestions? Unfortunately, we are not really sure why it does not loop on mobile devices. Worst case scenario is that you will have to ask the users to play the media file again once it stops.Best regards,
Ismael -
