Hello,
My fonts have reverted to default and I cannot change them back. Font setting no longer working.
This happened after installing WP Rocket Caching plugin to try and speed up load times. I have restored all settings back to default but still cannot get the fonts working. Can you please check this out?
Thanks,
KeithNovember 24, 2020 at 3:49 pm #1262716Hey Keith,
I tried to login with the credentials you gave, however I’m getting:
ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect.

Your site is using Open Sans for both headers and body text, and that corresponds to your theme settings under Enfold->General Styling->Fonts. Is that correct or are you looking to use some other fonts?

The font in the masthead changed and I cannot change it back. I tried using the setting in Enfold, Advanced Styling, Slideshow caption, however, it never changes. Dumped cache. No luck. Also, it is now all caps which it wasn’t originally and I do not want. No H tags should be all caps.November 26, 2020 at 7:02 am #1263193Hi,
Thanks for the update. You have selected for the caption to use Josefine Sans, and that is working if you check the front end of your site. If you want the title to use a different font as well, then you can select that under Advanced Styling as well. If you want your headers to not use uppercase, then you can set that for all headers in the same place.
Best regards,

I have tried and the caption will not change from All caps. I can make it all lower case but I want it to be a combination of upper and lower case characters. Can’t seem to get this working.
Thanks,
KeithDecember 9, 2020 at 9:39 am #1265938Hi,
Thanks for the update. You have only added the h1 tag under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and the text transform value is set to default. Could you try to explain your intentions a bit further please?
Best regards,

I looked at this again. I needed to load “Slideshow titles” in advanced settings to initiate the changes. So, It is working now. Sorry for the confusion. Thank You, KeithDecember 10, 2020 at 9:10 am #1266228 -
