    Good Morning!

    Please have a look to https://erkant.de .
    On the website in the lower third is a Masonry gallery. The pictures in it are linked to pages.
    Suddenly these links do not work anymore. The pictures open when you click on them.
    I guess it’s like this since the last theme update. We ourselves have not changed anything, really nothing, on the website.
    Please help quickly!

    Hey Susanne,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Please replace the content of /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-masonry.php file with this one – https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_7_6_4/config-templatebuilder/av-helper-masonry.php. Since Editor is missing under Appearance tab, I could not update the file. Fix will be included in upcoming version.

    After updating the file, please edit your Masonry Gallery element and go to Advanced > Link Settings and choose to use Custom Link in “Image Link” :)

    i´have not : he content of /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-masonry.php
    i have: erkant.de/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_gallery

    Is that the same?

    Hi Susanne,

    No, there should be a file called av-helper-masonry.php file inside /avia-shortcodes/ folder.

    If you would like us to update the file for you, please post FTP logins here privately as well :)
