Hi
We started to use the Enfold MailChimp integration on a website of a customer.
When we check the opt in box, there comes an email with content which we don’t know where to change it. In MailChimp, this template does not exist…is this something from Enfold? Where we can edit the opt in email template?
And the second question. We entered an email and then we did not confirm it (opt in). But now, when we want to add it, there comes always the message, that it is already registered in the newsletter. But in MailChimp we see nothing. Is this somewhere in Enfold saved?
And the last question. We entered another email and confirmed it (opt in). Then we deleted permanently in MailChimp but we cannot add it anymore. Is this also somewhere in Enfold saved?
Thanks very much.
Best regards

Thank you for the inquiry.
The subscription form has to be created in your Mailchimp Account (https://mailchimp.com/) panel, the same panel where you acquire the API key. You can then show this form in the site using the Mailchimp Signup element from the theme’s Advance Layout Builder (ALB). For more info about Mailchimp integration, please check the following documentation.

Sorry, perhaps I do not see it. But I still do not know, how I can edit the email template which is sent to confirm the registration for the newsletter.
See details in the private content section.
The email I receive when I register for the newsletter, I receive an email. But this template I do not see at the mailchimp platform, so it has to be something of Enfold?
Thanks very much.
Best regards

Thank you for the clarification.
Did you enable the double opt-in process? If you did, you should be able to modify the email templates in the Form Builder. Please check the following documentation.
// https://mailchimp.com/help/about-double-opt-in/#Customize_the_double_opt-in_process
You can customize your double opt-in process in the Forms and response emails section of Mailchimp’s Form Builder.

Thanks for your response and the link.
I could modify the opt-in form and now all works fine.
Before, I could not modify the opt-in form and the email looked very special and not like all other emails.
I think the problem was, that at the beginning, the opt-in was activated at MailChimp and Enfold.
Then we deactivated it only at MailChimp, so there still came the opt-in email but looked strange.
Now we activated it on both sides again and it works and we can modify the email template for opt-in.
You can close the issue.
Best regards
