    Followed all instructions and zipped the file and it will not recognize the font – says all is normal but font is

    Font: MACOSX ( font-family: macosx )
    normal: 400

    I read your instructions and this should work. Please help. I know it says Google font but your docs say since 4.4 I can use all these different formats but nothing seems to work??

    Hi anneliesarnica,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    This is fixed.
    The issue with the zip file you uploaded is that it contains a _MACOSX folder which is not part of the proper structure.
    I downloaded the zip file, extracted it, removed the _MACOSX folder, zip it then uploaded it, and it’s working properly.
