    Hi

    I keep adding and saving some elements but when I go on to the page they are never there. I have deleted all caches and done WP rocket to delete WordPress cache as well

    is there a limit as to how big the colour section can be before it cuts off ?

    No, there is not. Are you using custom HTML on your page? Broken HTML usually causes this issue.

    If you are not sure, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for the update. We can’t view the file you posted unfortunately, could you try uploading it in a different format please? If you send login details in private to your site, then we can have a closer look at it. Also please point out on which page you are having the problem with content disappearing.

    Hi,

    I saved your page as a template and created a private testing page (link in private content field below), added Color Section element and a few other elements and updated the page but every element is on the page.

    Could you please let us know how we could reproduce the issue step by step?

    hi it’s very strange because i ma building out the page in safari and it seems to be working
    I cleared the cache in chrome but that is where the problem lies

    I guess i’ll carry on in safari and see what happens over the next few hours and revert if the issue persists
