Not sure if I have to purchase your theme again

I have been trying to download the last version of your Enfold theme because as we updated our wordpress the Avia editor is not working anymore. I’ve read all the forum posts regarding my issue, and would probably fix it myself with the info in the forums. The problem is that I can’t login anywhere to download the latest update of the theme because we don’t have username, email used, nor passwords to our account. We’ve tried everything, every possible combination and nothing. The only thing we could find was the paypal receipt for the purchase of the Enfold Theme (I believe there is my purhase code, but I entered it to register a forum account and it seems to be invalid). Do I still have to purchase the same theme again? Or could you please help me with my Issue?
