    Hi
    I needed to add some extra icons to Enfold so I went along to flaticon.com and selected 4 icons I needed.
    I downloaded in zip format and uploaded via Enfold. But when I try to install I get the message
    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”

    I contacted hosting and they said… “I have looked into this and can see that php7*-php-zip is installed on all versions of PHP on the server”

    Hope you can help

    Apologies for replying to myself

    I’ve just realised that at flaticon.com download section I’d been downloading as svg – instead of downloading as icon font

    Have now downloaded as icon font and can install successfully :)
