Good morning,
I Use the the easy slider full width to display products on the first page. The customer should be able to click on an image and should be directed to the product page.
Unfortunately the “Link” feature does not work. Neither when you select a certain product page, nor with a specific URL.
Thanks for your help.November 23, 2020 at 3:31 pm #1262410Hello,
any help with the above subject would be highly appreciated

The website did not load on my end. Are you moving it or blocking locations?

VictoriaNovember 24, 2020 at 10:59 am #1262619I’m sorry Victoria,
it should be working. Although the hosting company sent me an email that the server had some maintenance work. Maybe that caused the problem…
Could you try again…
Sorry for the trouble.November 25, 2020 at 12:09 am #1262847Hi angereichert,

VictoriaNovember 25, 2020 at 2:37 pm #1262997Hello Victoria
on the start page https://www.silbensalon.de/ there is an Easy Slider (full width) at the very top.
I added a link to every image so that the user is transfered to the specific product page. But the links are not working. When you clicl on the slider images nothing happens.
Thank you very much for your help!
Cheers JuttaNovember 30, 2020 at 4:52 am #1263866Hi,
Thank you for the info.
Did you add a general or global caption to the slider? The links will not work if the global caption is enabled because its container will cover the entire slider container. To make the links work again, you have to disable the global caption and transfer it to each slides.

That was the solution. One more question: when you move your cursor onto the picture a whiteish overlay is laid over the picture an the arrow icon appears. is is there any chance to remove the white overlay ?
Cheers and thanks again for your supportDecember 1, 2020 at 8:22 am #1264148Hi,
Great, I’m glad that Ismael could help you out. Please try this in Quick CSS in order to remove the overlay:
.home #full_slider_1 .image-overlay { display: none !important; }
