    Here is what I understand from what you are offering when we purchase the Enfold Theme:
    1. All the completed files with temp images in them.
    2. We can open this them and all it completed pages in WordPress and then edit them as we need them.

    Is this correct? Or do we have to create all the pages on our own? If so, what is the point of purchasing the theme?

    Thanks for contacting us!
    Yes, once you purchased Enfold you can use the images used in the demo.
    And for your other questions, once you have installed and activated Enfold, there are two paths you can go, the first one that is usually done by other users is to import one of the demos (here are the selections: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ ) then modify it with their content, the second one is building it from scratch which some users do as well.
    Enfold is flexible and with our Advanced Layout Builder, you can build your site with ease even from scratch.
