Hello!
We use Enfold for a bunch of sites, and one of them is set up just to display content on a screen inside our library:
https://www.ecpubliclibrary.info/menu/
A few days ago, it went down and displays the errors below. Can’t even login to the WordPress installation.
Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 1686 Warning: array_flip() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-assets.php on line 513 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-assets.php on line 520 Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 1686 Warning: array_flip() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-assets.php on line 513 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-assets.php on line 520 Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 1686 Warning: array_flip() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-assets.php on line 513 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/krist110/public_html/menu/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-assets.php on line 520
I found similar threads in the forums, but didn’t find a solution. Any help would be much appreciated!

November 11, 2020 at 8:14 am #1259781Hey Mike,
Could you post login details in private so that we can try to login to your site? If that is not possible at all then please try to rename the plugin folder, in order to deactivate all plugins. Also make sure that the PHP version on your server is 7.2 or higher.
Best regards,

Thanks for that, I get a 404 error on the page you linked to though?
The PHP version is the likely cause of your problem, as the version of the theme you are running is working fine with PHP 7.3, but 5.3 is not supported by either the theme or WordPress itself. Could you make sure and verify with your hosting provider that the site is actually running on 7.3 please?
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. I still can’t login to your site though, since the link you posted previously ends in a 404 page. Could you give us working details in private so that we can check the backend of your site please?
Best regards,

Thanks for the update, I get the same error on my end unfortunately. Could you share FTP login details in private as well please? Would it be ok if we tried to disable all plugins and Enfold to see if we can login after that?
Also, do you have a PHP info page? If so then please share it with us.
Best regards,

Thanks for that. I renamed the Enfold parent theme, and it’s possible to login after that. I then restored it back to normal and logged out, and it’s possible to login as usual after that, without any error messages. Could you check and verify that it’s working on your end as well please?
All the plugins are disabled, you could try activating them again to see if the problem comes back. If it does then please try deactivating them again, and activate them back one by one, to see when the problems start coming back.
Best regards,
