Hi there, so This is happening to a page that was completed a while ago… no issues… until very recently.
This page (see private content), in general section, images look all funny. Now, I went in edit mode, then ‘resetted’ images which looked like it solved the issue but when I click ‘UPDATE’ to save changes… nothing changes…Almost like something changed in the code and not liking certain images anymore???

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us access and I apologize for the delayed response.
It’s fixed now on your site. It seems you have some image optimization plugin that’s in conflict with Enfold’s responsive images, since I can’t access the Plugins, I have turned off responsive images from Enfold, in Enfold > Performance > Responsive Images.Best regards,
