    hello :-)
    I’m sending this message on behalf of my customer who bought ur theme 2 years ago.
    he is currently running version 3.8 and we would like to update the theme. but there’s no update available on the dashboard.
    I’ve tried installing the new version and delete the old one, but my website design has changed (obviously).
    do I need to re-buy the theme? please advice

    That should have not been the case. Have you tried saving Enfold theme options and check if that helps? Changes you mention are styling changes, is that correct?

    That usually happens when theme is either downloaded illegally or theme name was changed directly in parent theme. In second case, changing theme name again should solve the issue.

    i have downoaded it from the web somewhere.
    i guess thats why changes are not saved.

    how can made the update safly without the design being change?

    the customer bought the theme 2 years ago. what should we do?

    Hi,

    Your customer can simply login on ThemeForest with the account they used when purchasing the theme and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme.

    If that will not be possible for whatever reason, I am afraid you would need to purchase a new license to download the latest version of the theme and to update it – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990.
