Hi,
The website will not load. http://muku-tv.de
Only the preload image can be seen and then nothing more happens. Theme Version ist 4.7.6.4, PHP version is 7.4, I increased the memory limit to 128MB. I’ve also deactivated all plugins once. I deleted the cache plugin. WordPress version is 5.5.1. I don’t know what else to do. The backend works, I can edit the pages, but the preview doesn’t work.
Is that a problem with the theme? I don’t know if I will destroy everything if I activate another theme to see if the page loads.
Can you help?
Thank you.

October 28, 2020 at 10:02 am #1256302Now the Avia Layout Builder no longer works either. I did something that made this error message appear:
Failed to load plugin url: http://muku-tv.de/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-tinymce-buttons-4.js
October 28, 2020 at 10:23 am #1256306Hi NadjaJacke,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

NadjaOctober 28, 2020 at 12:58 pm #1256353Hi Nadja,
I have checked the pages and it seems the NinjaFirewall setting is causing these issues.
When I check on the web console, I see this error:ZUGRIFF NICHT ERLAUBT Die angeforderte Seite darf nicht angezeigt werden.
Try to disable the firewall and check if it helps.
Also, you can try to enable the firewall and try to modify the settings, maybe loosen it up first and once it’s all good try to play with those settings and tighten it up a bit.
Hope it helps.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 28, 2020 at 1:09 pm #1256355Hi Nikko,
I installed the Ninja Firewall plug-in today, the error occurred earlier. I thought maybe the site was under attack. I uninstalled and deleted the plugin again, but it didn’t help.
I have no idea what else I can do.
Best regards,
NadjaOctober 29, 2020 at 5:52 am #1256576Hi Nadja,
I have tried to log in again using the link, however, it just redirects me to the login page, please check.
If it wasn’t the firewall plugin causing the forbidden issue then most likely the site/server might have some security setting preventing it.
We’ll try to check if we can do something once we have admin access, but if not then, we’ll need cPanel access to check further.Best regards,
