    Hi,

    I’ve got a problem with the WordPress Customizer. When I open it says: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.

    So I’ve been to my e-mail and saw some information (check private content); and checked the changelogs and bugs but this does not reflect the problem we are experiencing.

    Can you help me please?

    Hi Karlijn,

    Can you let us know what version of WordPress you’re using? as well as the PHP version?
    If your site’s PHP version is 7.2, please update it to 7.3.

    Current theme: Enfold Child (version 1.0) 4.7.3
    Current plugin: (version )
    PHP version 7.3.22

    Hi Karlijn,

    Can you try to update to the latest version of Enfold?
    Make sure to have a backup first before updating, also flush out the cache if you have any caching plugins.
