    Good Morning,

    The company I work for has been using the Enfold theme since I joined the company. I need to log into the support portal, as it has stopped working – However, I don’t know how it was originally purchased or how to create a username. Is there anyway you can help?

    Hey Todd,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. You need a purchase code in order to register on the support forum, do you think you can find out who made the original purchase? If not then you might have to purchase a new license, as you cannot download the theme files from Themeforest otherwise.

    As for the problem with the site; could you try to explain a bit further what you are having problems with please?
