    Hi dear Kriesi Team!

    I know, that there are some of my topics still open. And I will respond at them as soon as I can.

    This topic here is related to a website of one of my clients. At first there was the instagram logo that did not appear in the social links/social media pfofiles. I updated everything and it seems that now the mailchimp integration is not working, also. May I ask you to have a quick look at it? I think the problem could be resolved by updating everything and reinstalling the theme. I did that, but it made no difference. Maybe I should use the other method to register the theme? I don’t know. Enfold says that it has it’s current version. Is it the current version?

    Maybe you have an idea what I can do to solve this.

    Thanks for that. I see the Facebook and Instagram icons fine in the header or your site, so I’m not sure how to reproduce the problem you are having?

    thank you for the reply! On my end:
    On Safari and firefox: It works fine
    On Google Chrome: Unfortunately none of the icons are shown.

    Can you say something about the mailchimp function, also? Maybe it’s easy like this.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for the update. The icons are displaying fine on my end using Chrome, could you try loading the site in an incognito window to see if that helps please?
