Hi Rickard,
I am struggling with an old site that I am trying to gradually improve. Some pages in the list have Advanced Layout Editor against their names others, for example “Home” do not. Neither will allow me to use the advanced editor! I have deactivated all plug-ins, updated Enfold and WordPress but no change. On top of that, having deactivated and reactivated the plugins and cleared browser cache i find that teh Home page has reverted to a much older version and newer revisions are not available.
Help please!
Thanks

Thanks for that. I see the same problem on the home page, but I’m not sure why that is happening. Could you enable debug mode in the theme which will enable you to see the shortcodes generated by the theme, and copy them to a new page to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you if you provide us with FTP details in private, of if you activate the Appearance->Editor function on your installation.
Best regards,

Thanks for that. I changed your site URL and location to https, and activated the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options. After that the Layout Builder is loading fine on my end, could you check and verify on your end as well please?
Best regards,

You can change the site URL under Settings->General in the WordPress menu.
About the problem video; is that on the home page? If so then your code is wrapped in a blockquote, so it seems to be rendering it correctly. If it’s supposed to be a video, are you sure that you copied the code correctly? Another option would be to upload the video to your actual site, or Youtube/Vimeo, since those options are supported by the theme.
Best regards,
