    Hi. Thank you for the chance to fix this. I don’t know anything about the technology. I tried to do the Enfold update from Themeforest Oct 13th 2020 but got “critical error”
    Have been trying to fix this for the past 2 hours.
    I tried to register with Enfold for support but did not receive the email.

    Can you try again with the registration?
    Also, please try to update your PHP version to 7.3, some users have reported the issue being fixed just by updating to that version.
