    I paid for access to support. Is the forum the only support available? it is not very clear.

    Using Enfold theme, Avia layout builder shows a spinning circle and will now show content.
    We are unable to update our sites.

    Hey Doug,

    Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 404 error on the WordPress file in private. I’m not sure exactly why that is, but please try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is conflict coming from any of them. Also please try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why the server is responding with a 404 error.
