    Hi,
    I have a new customer who uses the Enfold theme, version 3.8.
    Now no update to anything newer than WP 5.4.2 or PHP 5.6 seems to be possible, otherwise the Avia Sitebuilder will not work anymore.
    How can she update her theme? Does she have to buy a completely new Enfold Theme?

    Hey danielmarsch,

    If the client still has access to the Themeforest account, she can download a fresh copy there and upload it via FTP.

    If not, she will need to create a new Themeforest account, but the license, make a full website backup, update php to php7.2 or higher and upload a fresh copy of the theme via FTP.

    Hi AktivApo,

    No, there is no need to reinstall anything, you will just need to register the theme and keep working with what you have.

    Hi Victoria,

    i follwed all steps and created a new Token but its still not working, because the creator buyed the Theme with a diffrent account and we are not able to login any more. In my opinion we have got only two options:
    1. Buy the Enfold theme via our new account
    2. Get the credentials to login our old account and create a Envato Token

    Error when i revalidate our token:
    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:

    Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing
    username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated
    email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated
    Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.
