    I had a website company development my site, they have since gone out of business. They gave me my key

    But it does not allow me to register it, thus I can not ask questions in the forms, thus I can not get support.
    I thought that my website was updating the theme automatically, but it turns out that it is not. We just had an upgrade to our PHP on the server and it broke the 3.2 version of the template. when I went to find out why, I see that Kriesi has updated all the way to 4.7. can someone contact me so I can get this upgrade and fix my site……. my cell is 703-861-6370

    Hey Armen,

    Sorry for the problem. The purchase code you posted doesn’t seem to be valid unfortunately, so they have likely given you the wrong code. Do you have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your license? If not then you might have to purchase a new license: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
