I am building a site for a photographer who would like to be able to have a sortable image gallery, similar to the sorting on the masonry grid, by using tags or image categories. I can’t see a way to do it, and since it may be hundreds of images, it’s not really feasible to make a separate post for each image. Is there a way to do this?

You might want to look for a gallery plugin that has such functionality since it’s not available in Enfold out of the box.
