    I’m trying to upload an icon set. It’s in the media library. It works on other sites. I keep getting the error of “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again.”

    I see in the other support requests that you guys ask for login info to check it out. It is attached. Could you try to load that latest icon set for me?

    Hey Andrea,

    Please check if you have PHPZip extension enabled on the server. If not you need to have it enabled to be able to upload zip files.

    Great – this fixed it. The latest version of PHP doesn’t have Zip checked – I wonder why that would be?
