Icon Missing

Hello,
Icons are showing up on the staging site (https://w68.f91.myftpupload.com/) but not on the live site (http://shamsgroup.com/).
Tried adding this code in the .htaccess file by following the instruction mentioned in this link https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes- ,but it didn’t worked.

Enfold version we have is 4.6.3.1.
