    Hello! When I insert Icon List into page layout it is showing both bullet points and the icon (either in large or small). I cannot get the bullet points to remove. Any advice? Thank you! (Image linked in Private).

    Hi Rikard – I would love to, however, this morning after making updates to Enfold and WordPress, I can no longer access the Avia / Advanced Layout Builder. I am receiving a constantly spinning timer and no access to edit the page. Also no access to theme options any longer (not able to click). Enfold updated this AM, WordPress 5.5.1, PHP 7.3.22. Active Plugins listed in Private Content. Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, but that page is loading completely unstyled on my end. I’m not sure why though? If you are having problems with the Layout Builder then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Please see screenshot in private for what I see on my end. The problem seems to be caused by your Autoptimize plugin, what happens if you disable that? If that doesn’t help then please try reaching out to your hosting provider, as you are getting a lot of 502 errors on many resources.

    Hello Rikard – Thank you. That is how the initial load sometimes appears, but the site loads as usual on my end and with other tests. It’s odd because the same issue doesn’t show on the mobile version (I see no bullet points with the icon via mobile, whereas I see this on the desktop version). Have you had this before? Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m still seeing the same problem on my end unfortunately, and reloading the site doesn’t help. We can’t help you out with CSS adjustments if the CSS on your site doesn’t even load.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what is going on to be honest with you, so I can’t assume anything. All moderators have dynamic IPs, so I don’t think it would make any difference if we gave you our IPs unfortunately, since they change on a regular basis.
