    We have updated WordPress and Enfold. However, we don’t see the Layered Slider in the Layered Slider admin panel but the slider is working and functioning on the homepage fine.

    Hey vinayb,

    Thanks for the login details. WordPress is asking for authentication code as well, could you share that in private as well please?

    An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with “Login Authentication Code” in the subject line.

    I have deactivated the 2 factor authentication for now. You should be able to login

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    This might be the same issue as the one we encountered before which turned out to be an issue with the database. The sliders do not display because in the database there is a missing column called group_id that is supposed to be inside the layerslider table. For some reason, this column is not available, so to fix the issue, we have to manually create the group_id column in the database.
