    Hi,

    We currently use the Enfold theme. Love it! Thanks for that.
    But i would like to get access to updates and so on. How can i get access to an account where updates resides. And where I can create the API token to configure automatic update (check for updates from within the theme config).

    Can you help me?

    You need to have access to the ThemeForest account through which the license was purchased. Do you have it?

    Hi Victoria,

    There is an account, it is a private account of an ex employee. He provides us with updates now, but i can’t access them myself.
    Should i contact themeforest? Is there another way you know of? At the end it is a possibility to re-buy the theme. But at first i wanted to ask if there are possibilities.

    Hi Wim van der Werf,

    You need access to the Themeforest account if you cannot get it from that employee, you will need to purchase the license again. This way you’ll have full control over it and will be able to register here at the forums and receive support.
