    Hi! I bought Enfold Theme and I have a problem when I’m importing a Demo.

    When I import the Default demo, my header don’t display fine. I upload an image: https://ibb.co/KjxFpQ6. To another hand, the loading time is huge, and I only import the demo, don’t install plugins or something else…

    Can someone help me??

    Hey devesuki,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Actually the WP page is on Localhost… And the speed of loading the page (or WP Admin) is insane… more than 10 secs to load nothing… why?

    Hi devesuki,

    I see, please go to Appearance > Menus, then select Main Menu.
    After it’s selected, go to the bottom near the Save Menu button, check Enfold Main Menu.
    As for the loading time since it’s in localhost, I’m not really sure why that happens since images, js and css files should be loaded locally as well.

    Hi Nikko,
    I reinstall WordPress 5.5.1 (latest) and the Theme (without import Demo and not child) and you can see the loading time in localhost without import nothing: https://ibb.co/9gjgK3t and with Default WordPress Theme: https://ibb.co/fHM2qrx.
    I need to run this fine… :l

    PD: I install this WP on a Mac, and all works fine… What config of my xampp could be bad?

    To be honest I’m not really sure what’s causing it since the size is pretty small but the time it takes to seems to be too long.
