Dear Support,
I have a widget in my Footer column 4 for Facebook Likebox. It is set to “Show Facebook page widget “Share/Like” directly”. However it shows up only if I am logged in to the site. If I log out from the admin area, nothing shows up. You can check it at the link I sent in Private Content.
I looked for any solution here on the Forum already, tried some hints, but no any success yet. So I opened this ticket. Please try to solve this for me. Thank you!
Best regards,

I can’t see any difference when logged in or not, the widgets are not working in both states. Could you try disabling your caching and security plugins to see if that makes any difference?
Best regards,

Thank you for your reply and your effort to solve this issue. However I checked the site with your credentials (username+passw) and can reproduce the issue. If I logged in with your datas, I can see the Widgets, working. If I am not logged in, then no any sign of the Widgets. So it isn’t happens due to the caching or any other plugins, although earlier I tried to disable the plugins one by one – it doesn’t solved the situation.
I send you the image of the above mentioned. Please investigate it on a deeper level. Thank you.
Best regards,

Thank you for the inquiry.
We are getting this error in the console whenever we check the site on incognito mode on Firefox Windows 10. Deactivating the security and cache plugin removes the error, but only when we deactivate the enhanced tracking protection by Firefox do we see the FB widget.

Are you using the Firefox browser and enabled its enhanced tracking protection feature?

With the enhanced tracking protection on, the widget doesn’t display and this warning displays in the console.
