    Ii’m getting an “Invalid license key” screen when I try to activate the product within the theme.

    I am copy/pasting and checking for extra spaces, not working.

    Obviously the license is valid, as I needed it to get into this forum.

    Can anyone advise?

    Hi, I don’t know what a token is, so if I had to set it up, then there is no token.

    Hi – I was just looked and it hasn’t changed on my end – still says not registered, and invalid error when I try to active. Please advise –

    Hi, I cleared the cache but it still says it’s not activated and when I enter the license #, it still says invalid.

    Just in case you need it, the license I received in the email confirmation was: 43f76bad-6a01-42ce-a819-3dbb835b1441

    It’s hard for me to work on this during the week, sorry for the delays responding. I am working on it today if you can get back with me. Thanks

    To clarify, it’s the LayerSlider that is not activated. I also see what you see in the Enfold Tab. Further down, in “Layer Slider WP” Tab, it shows not activated and it doesn’t accept the purchase code. I am unable to use the Layer Slider plug in without it – and according to theme, I think it’s supposed to be bundled.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. The LayerSlider is bundled with the theme and can’t be registered using the purchase code, so you can ignore that message from LayerSlider. I don’t see any reason as to why it shouldn’t work because of that though, could you try to explain the problem you are having with LayerSlider a bit further please?
