    Hello Team,

    a. I can control the auto-response message which is sent out when a contact form is submitted.

How do I change the default subject line? Currently showing: “Thank you for your Message!”

    b. On another note, some of of these auto-response emails end up in the Spam folder. I assume that it’s because the engine / host that sends these auto-response emails is different from the email address inserted into the autoresponder.

Is there any way to prevent these emails from being labeled as Spam?

    Thanks,

    ofekw

    Hey ofekw,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

a.) There is a Autoresponder Subject field in the comment form’s Content > Backend toggle. We could fill it in with a custom autoresponder subject.

b.) Yes, that could be the reason. If this is the case, only the recipient of the email could whitelist or allow that address and mark the autoresponse email as valid or not spam. Succeeding emails from the same address will then be sent to the inbox directly. Did you test the contact form and find out that the autoresponse email is sent to the spam folder?

    Best regards,
    Ismael
