Order products and Custom Shop page

Hi, I would like to ask you some information about the Enfold theme regarding the shop page.

• Order Products:
on the shop page, how do I change the order of the products? I have already seen the options in “customize” but there is none that is right for me. is there a way to have a custom order?
Alternatively, I would like to have at least one default order, so “from most recent” but in ascending order. It can be done?

• Custom shop page:
To try to have a better solution I also tried to create a custom shop page (much better) but I cannot have 2 online shop pages due to SEO. Can I delete the woocommerce shop default page and leave only the custom one? When I try to set the new page as a shop page in woocomerce settings, it’s not okay. it’s like setting one page inside the other in frontend. There is a solution?
