    Hi Support Team, SOS :-)

    After upgrading to Enfold 4.7.6.3, I’m experiencing these errors on client site:

    #1: Accordions are expanded by default: snapshot: https://i.imgur.com/MlUqzei.jpg

    #2: I see one missing photo/image (unsure if this is part of 4.7.6.3 but the image is there in the Advanced Layout Builder): snapshot: https://i.imgur.com/cwDIiat.jpg

    I’ve re-downloaded the zip from Themeforest, and re-uploaded over the existing files. Same issues present.

    Any insights or tips appreciated – thanks Support Team :-)

    Hey Sherman,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Nikko, surely appreciate your response and support :-)

    You know what’s weird, it seems to have worked itself out – and I’m wondering if the issue started from using the Starbucks WiFi at the tail end of my work session there yesterday LOL! Regardless, I’ve installed the plugin and will share the link below, in case you need to double-check anything?

    Hi Sherman,

    I have checked the link (team page) and it’s messed up on my end.
    If I check it with Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin, it seems disabling WP Fastest Cache resolves the issue.
    I think you’ll just need to play with its setting and try to find out what setting works better for your site.
