    Hi
    The load more button doesn’t work anymore on different devices. Strange thing, on my iMac and Laptop it works, but not on my iphone. My customer says it works nowhere.

    Using WP 5.5.1
    Enfold 4.7.6.3
    php 7.4.9

    May you give me a hand?

    Hey baiker,

    It returns a 403 with the AJAX request.
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi baiker,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    Clicking the Load More button returns a 403 status on admin-ajax.
    When using Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to allow disabling of plugin on the user only, it seems disabling the security plugin makes it work, however since it is essential you may need to adjust the settings of the plugin.

    Thank you very much for your immediate help. Yes, it was the safety plugin, too heavy safety adjustements within the form restrictions, that blocks the “more” button.
