    Hello support,

    when I try to log on to my website using http://mindventure.dk/wp-admin/ – I am unable to log in and the site is gone when i visit mindventure.dk

    Can you give us FTP access? the site couldn’t be accessed via Dashboard.

    Hi AuroraArcus,

    Thanks for giving us FTP access.
    I have checked it and found out two things:
    1. Enfold version is 4.6.3.1
    2. PHP version is 7.4.10
    Please update Enfold manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp (actually I recommend cPanel, hPanel, etc. since FTP is slow)
    The latest version is 4.7.6.3, once updated please check if the issue is fixed.
    If it’s not fixed since PHP version 7.4.10 was just released this 3rd of September 2020 some issues would likely to arise including this one, so try to switch to PHP 7.3.

    Hi Nikko,

    I updated the site using FTP. Unfortunately, I still get the same error.

    Can you walk me through how to switch to PHP 7.3 or do it for me somehow?

    Hi Aurora,

    Switching PHP version would require access to cPanel or hPanel or WHM, etc, it cannot be changed via FTP or WP Dashboard.
    Here’s a tutorial on how you can do it via cPanel: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/cpanel/how-to-change-the-php-version-your-account-uses/
    If you can give us cPanel access then we can do it for you, otherwise you can try asking your hosting provider instead.

    my provider changed PHP to 4.3 and it solved the problem
