Hi, after updating to Enfold 4.7.6.3 and to PHP 7.4 we have a fatal error concerning Gutenberg:
[CRITICAL] : Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function gutenberg_can_edit_post_type() … (See private content for full error message)Also the kitchen sink and most of the icons are missing in the text blocks on new and old product pages. It is present on normal pages though (old and new). Is this likely to be an Enfold-Gutenberg problem or one which concerns WooCommerce and WooCommerce Germanized? We use the classic editor.

Can you try to switch to PHP version 7.3? and check if it helps.
Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 11, 2020 at 11:28 pm #1245234Hey Nikko,
I switched to PHP 7.3 and as yet I have had no fatal error but the kitchen sink/icons remain missing.
It only seems to affect the Avia Layout Architect within WooCommerce products. As soon as I use a text block most of the icons disappear. They are visible when using the standard editor – but we are dependent on the Avia Layout Architect to display all our product information in a clear way.Best regards,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 21, 2020 at 5:32 pm #1247415Hi Nikko,
I posted the login credentials last week but I can´t see them in the feed, maybe it didn´t save. I´m posting them in the private content area again.Best regards,
SaraSeptember 22, 2020 at 4:13 am #1247499Hi Sara,
The link should allow us to login just by clicking it.
Please go to Users > Temporary Logins, then click on the Link (chain) icon on the right side.
It should produce a link similar to the one in private content.Best regards,

SaraSeptember 23, 2020 at 6:46 am #1247761Hi Sara,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The missing Magic Wand Tool in the Visual Editor for Text Block is caused by this plugin: FooEvents for WooCommerce
If you deactivate that plugin, you should see the magic wand tool showing properly.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 23, 2020 at 9:37 am #1247794Hi Nikko,
Thanks for your speedy reply and for looking into this for us! I will write to the developer as we are dependent on FooEvents.
Best regards,
